Seidl Center Rental
Are you looking for a space to hold your meeting, seminar or training? Just need a quiet place for your group to gather? Do you also want to help the animals at the TCHS? Then consider renting out the Seidl Center Community Room!
The TCHS believes that engaging the community by allowing public use of the Seidl Center will expand our level of support within the community and therefore help us fulfill our mission. Furthermore, this room will serve as an important asset in engaging children and youth therefore the guidelines and rules must be made with particular consideration of their safety and welfare, as well as the needs of other guests.
Capacity and Features: The Seidl Center includes a large meeting room with a capacity of 80 people. A kitchen featuring a refrigerator, stove and microwave is available for use provided it is left in the same condition it started out as at the beginning of the event. There are two ADA bathrooms available in the building.
Who may use the Seidl Center?: This room is available for groups or individuals to conduct organization or program meetings, seminars, study groups, planning sessions, training programs and social gatherings. TCHS reserves the right to monitor all meetings or events held on its premises.
Who may not use the Seidl Center?: Permission to use the center will be denied to any organization and/or meeting whose purpose is illegal. TCHS reserves the right to deny use to any individual or organization based on its own discretion.
Process for reserving the Seidl Center: Reservations must be made by a responsible member of the organization or group who will ensure that all regulations are followed by their guests or members while on the grounds of TCHS. Reservations should be made at least one week in advance through an email request. Hours of Availability: The Seidl Center is available Monday through Sunday from 8am to 9pm. On the following holidays, the center is not available: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday and July 4th. There will be an additional charge of $100.00 to groups who wish to continue their event until 10pm. In the event of an emergency, such as inclement weather or a power outage, TCHS reserves the right to close the facility and cancel all use of its Center. Public use of the Seidl Center must not disrupt the business of TCHS.
